Description
The tradition of "Christmas Tea" dates back to the mid-1800s when, in English salons, tea tasting was increasingly taking on its rituality. The tea became a real must, in which the recipes of the blends were often a secret, where classic and particular flavoring flourished.
This is the case of the "Christmas Tea" which recalls the tastes of the traditional Christmas sweets: spices and citrus fruits in which tangerine, dried fruit and light hints of cinnamon sprout. Here an extraction of this secret blend of precious and enriched teas is to be reinterpreted with an unusual reading key in which, a light burley insert, sub-voice, completes its aromatic score.
Expect a dry, sweet, fragrant, warm, colorful and, at times, exuberant taste, which finds its most amazing characteristic in a harmonious balance.
