The delivery of goods takes place exclusively at street level without notice during the couriers' working hours: from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00 on weekdays only.

Failure to deliver due to the absence of the recipient involves an attempt to redeliver in the following days, in case of failure it is deposited at the courier's area depot and remains there in storage for 5 days.

If delivery is to be made to third parties, this must be specified when placing the order.

All orders with payment confirmed by 12:30 will be shipped from our warehouse within the next 24 hours unless otherwise specifically agreed.

Delivery times in Italy are as follows:

in general, in the following 24 hours with the exception of Sardinia, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily where they will be at least 48 hours.

Union agitation and inefficiencies in the operation of couriers that may affect delivery delays are not attributable to our service, which ends with the delivery of the goods to our warehouse.

It is the sole responsibility of the recipient, upon receipt of the goods, to check that:

The number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
The packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet, nor open.

Take it with reserve or indicate clearly on the delivery note, next to the signature, the following terms: "received with reserve for damaged package", "received with reserve for open package", "received with reserve for wet package" . In case of evidence of damaged goods, the package must be rejected. The above is essential to allow us to take action against the courier. The disputes, please note, must be contextual in order to avoid that the package is considered "correctly delivered".

The goods, once paid for and collected from our warehouse, are the property of the buyer: they travel at the buyer's risk. We therefore recommend choosing the insurance present in the purchase procedure.
